Terms of Use

Last updated: July 23, 2026

By using FindGoodHome, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FindGoodHome is provided to discover home listings, review photography, build a shortlist, and send an enquiry about a selected property. Content marked as a “concept listing” on the landing page exists only to demonstrate the product experience.

2. Listing accuracy and suitability

Price, availability, location, floor area, and other listing details may change at the source. FindGoodHome is not an estate agent, valuation service, or investment adviser. Verify the source, inspect the property, and obtain appropriate legal review before making a decision.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account.
  • You may not abuse the service, scrape data at scale, bypass safeguards, or republish listing content without permission.
  • Enquiries may not be misleading, unlawful, or infringe another person’s rights.

4. Pro, Founder, and payments

Pro includes advanced features such as ad-free use, multiple saved searches, and alerts for selected homes or areas. Founder adds the ability to submit a home in the FindGoodHome format; no Founder submission is published before admin review and source/media rights checks are complete.

The target Pro price is US$5.99 monthly or US$39.99 yearly; the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial. The target Founder price is US$49 yearly or a one-time US$99 lifetime purchase. In every case, the localized price, trial and renewal period, and cancellation terms are shown in the App Store before purchase confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

The FindGoodHome brand, interface, and original software belong to us or our licensors. Home photography and listing data remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective sources.

6. Changes and contact

The service and these terms may be updated over time. Questions can be sent through the website contact form.

These terms should be completed with payment, company, and governing-law details before launch.
