Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
FindGoodHome lets people discover homes in a swipeable feed, build a shortlist, and get in touch about a selected property. This policy explains the data we process to provide that service.
1. Data we process
- Account data: A guest or registered account identifier, preferred language, and an optional linked email address.
- Home activity: Viewed and saved homes, shortlist notes, saved searches, and notification preferences.
- Enquiries: The name, email, message, and selected home submitted through the website form.
- Purchase state: Active Pro or Founder entitlement when paid access is offered. Platform stores process payment-card details.
- Technical records: Limited request and error information needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.
2. Location and listing data
We may use the city, district, or area you enter as a search preference. We do not access precise device location without permission. Home photography and listing details are sourced from content whose publishing rights or source terms have been checked.
3. Use and storage
We use data to operate the Homefeed, saved searches, shortlist, enquiries, security, and optional notifications. Data is stored on infrastructure managed by Supabase, with row-level security limiting access.
4. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data or rent it for advertising. Data may be shared only as needed with providers that support hosting, authentication, notifications, and payments.
5. Retention, deletion, and contact
Account data is retained while the account remains open. Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Access or deletion requests can be submitted through the website contact form.
6. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date shown on this page. Material changes may also be announced in the app.
